PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for purchases quickly and securely.
PayPal is based on the payment methods you are familiar with from your bank. For each transaction, the customer decides whether they want to pay by bank transfer, direct debit, from a credit balance in their PayPal account or by credit card. No matter which method they choose, there are no additional fees!

Refunds from returns will be made to the registered PayPal account.
If payment is made by credit card, the customer’s credit card will be charged immediately on completion of the order process. Once LENA HOSCHEK has received confirmation that the credit card has been charged, the invoice amount will be debited from the customer’s credit card. If the debit is successful, the goods will be dispatched. Payment by credit card does not incur any additional charges.
Refunds from returns will be made to the credit card used to pay for the original order.
LENA HOSCHEK participates in the “Mastercard Identity Check” and “Verified by Visa” procedures. This authentication procedure protects the cardholder against credit card fraud when making purchases on the Internet. After entering your credit card information, you will be taken to a website of your bank and the respective credit card company where you will be asked for your personal password.

To use the payment function, you need an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or MAC and the latest version of iOS, watchOS or macOS. A supported card from a participating bank must be stored in the Wallet app. A registered Apple ID is also required.
The repayment is made via ApplePay and is credited to the card stored in the Wallet app.
Select “Prepayment” in the payment step and finalise the order. You will receive the bank details of LENA HOSCHEK and the order number in an automatically sent e-mail confirmation of receipt.
